Shipping Policy

We charge actual shipping and ship the U.S.P.S method you choose during checkout.

There is a delivery fee of $5.00 and deliveries are scheduled every day to the Elmira, Gaylord, Grayling and Mancelona communities.

We will ship out your order within 24 - 48 hours, we ensure our products are the freshest! If you need a rush delivery please call us at (231) 585-7557. All gift packages will be delivered by the time requested (please allow up to 24 hours for custom orders as it takes that long for the soap to "set").

Tax Policy (Michigan Orders Only)

We are required by Michigan State law to charge tax on all products delivered or shipped in Michigan. We are also required to add tax to shipping & handling and delivery, as Michigan considers that to be part of the product.

Return Policy

We stand behind our products 100%! We do not accept returns at this time, because most of our orders are custom made. We will exchange your product, if the product you received is defective. Please call (231) 585-7557 to speak with customer service.
